Important Year 7 Admissions Update
All students and their parents/carers who are considering an application to Northampton School for Boys for a place in Year 7 for September 2024 are warmly invited to attend a Presentation Evening on either Monday 18th September 2023 or Wednesday 20th September 2023 and to book onto a morning tour of the school between Monday 25th September and Thursday 28th September 2023.

Please remember that the deadline for applications for Year 7 September 2024 entry is by midnight on Tuesday 31st October 2022. It is recommended that you read the full details of our admissions process which can be found below, before applying to the school.

NSB Year 7 Determined Admissions Policy 2023/24
The deadline for applications is midnight on Tuesday 31st October 2023.
Both the Local Authority application form and the Northampton School for Boys Supplementary Information Form should be completed.
We will email all applicants by the end of the day on Friday 10th November 2023 with their time for the Common Ability Test which takes place on Saturday 18th November 2023.
THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE BOOKED SEPARATELY ON EVENTBRITE.
Please note that you must complete an application to the Local Authority area that you live in. If you live in Northamptonshire this may be West Northamptonshire, or, it could be North Northamptonshire. Local Authority Applications went live on 8th September 2023.
