Rugby is a proud and established part of life at Northampton School for Boys (NSB). Our Rugby Sponsorship Programme supports a highly successful and well‑respected rugby programme that develops commitment, teamwork and leadership in our students.

NSB rugby teams consistently perform strongly at county, regional and national level, with success across multiple age groups and regular progression to the latter stages of national school competitions. NSB have been National Finalists nine times in seven years and have been National Champions three times (2023, 2025 and 2026) as well as the U18 Daily Mail Trophy Cup winners in 2026. Many players also move on to competitive club rugby and performance pathways. This is primarily due to the immense support from our numerous volunteers we have within the school to help facilitate such a vast Rugby programme, as well as the dedication of the students.

Sponsorship helps fund high‑quality coaching, equipment and competitive opportunities, ensuring rugby continues to thrive at NSB. In return, partners gain valuable exposure and the opportunity to support youth development through sport.
