This year’s event will take place in the iconic Long Room at Lord’s on Friday 29 May. Capacity is limited to 140 guests, and demand is always high, so early booking is strongly encouraged.

The Luncheon is open to all former students, and we always have a good cross section of ages. We are particularly pleased to welcome female ex-students who would like to join us. The Long Room offers a unique and historic setting, and the ticket price reflects the exclusivity of the venue and the quality of the experience.

As always, you may book a full table of ten or any number of tickets for individuals or smaller groups. Reply slips for groups and individuals are below, and places will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

The format will be similar to previous years; guests will arrive from 12:30 pm, with lunch served at 1:15 pm. There will be a cash bar in the Long Room Lounge on arrival. Tickets are £140 per head which includes a hefty room hire charge, a two course fine dining menu, a cheeseboard and wine on the table. We will have the traditional auction and £10 Heads and Tails—so please bring cash. The luncheon plays an important part in supporting disadvantaged pupils and other key areas of need within the school.

It is also one of the highlights of the year giving friends the chance to catch up and have a fantastic day at an iconic venue. The cost to hold the event is a big hit but I know guests will love this opportunity that is not available to the general public.

Tours of Lord’s will also be available before lunch at an additional cost—please let me know if this is of interest.

This will be our 14th London Luncheon, and I am proud that it has not only become a highlight of the year but has also raised significant support for current pupils.
