Support for A level Students on Results Day
We will be providing support for NSB students who require assistance from us on results day following the grades received for their A Levels.
Please identify the category that applies to you and come into school only at the time listed. Come in through Main Reception then proceed to Sixth Form Library.
Priority 1: 9:00am to 10:00am
You have missed out on both your Firm and Insurance place and therefore have no University option and need advice, support and guidance on the clearing process.
Priority 2: 10:00am to 11:00am
You have missed out on your Firm place and have got into your Insurance place but no longer want to go to your Insurance university. Advice and support will be provided on how to release your place from UCAS once a clearing place is secure.
You are eligible for adjustment. Advice will be provided on how to use the adjustment system without releasing your place.
Priority 3: 11:00 to 12:00pm
You have secured your Firm place but have decided that you either want to change your university option through clearing or change your course.
You no longer want your unconditional offer and you want to change university or course.
Priority 4: From 12:00pm
You have another UCAS enquiry or you would like advice on deferring.
Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions in place, parents will not normally be able to accompany their child to these support clinics. Those students who do come into school for an appointment will be expected to follow the measures in force to reduce the risk of transmission of Coronavirus. No student displaying any of the symptoms of Coronavirus will be allowed to come into the school, however, support may be able to be provided remotely.
