At the top we have 'Text Only: Screen Reader : Text Size -+'. The 'Text Only' section will display this
website in a simple format to make it easier for partial sighted users to use. The next section 'Screen
Reader' will also display the website in a simple format optimized for Screen Readers to read to help
poorly sighted users to use and understand. Also at the top the 'Text Size' title has a - and + if you
use your mouse to click on either of these you can decrease or increase the size of the text of the
web site as well as keeping its current format.
